2. Employees

  • Total Employees: Stay informed about the total count of employees within your organization, offering a comprehensive overview of your workforce. By clicking on the employee count, you can navigate to the Employees module, where you can access detailed information about all employees associated with your organization. This feature facilitates efficient tracking and management of your workforce resources.

  • New Employees: Keep track of the number of newly onboarded employees in your organization, providing insights into workforce growth and expansion. By clicking on the new employee count, you can navigate to the Employees module to access detailed information about recently hired personnel. This feature enhances your ability to monitor workforce changes and streamline onboarding processes effectively.

3. Employee Exits

Monitor the count of employees who have exited your organization, providing insights into turnover rates and workforce dynamics. By clicking on the employee exit count, you can navigate to the Employees module to access detailed information about departing personnel. This feature enhances your ability to analyze attrition trends and optimize retention strategies effectively.

4. Today Attendance

Monitor the attendance status of employees for the current day, providing real-time insights into workforce presence. By clicking on the attendance count, you can access detailed attendance records and track employee attendance patterns. This feature enhances your ability to manage workforce scheduling and ensure operational efficiency.

5. Average Attendance

Track the average attendance percentage of employees across all working days, providing insights into workforce attendance trends. By clicking on the attendance count, you can delve into detailed attendance records and analyze attendance patterns over time. 6. Department Wise Employee
