Lead Contact
Welcome to our Lead Contact Management tutorial. In this section, we'll guide you through the process of creating, viewing, editing, and deleting leads in our CRM system. Let's get started by navigating to the Lead Contact section of the CRM system.
Creating a Lead.
Click on the 'Add Lead Contact' button to create a new lead.
Fill in the required fields such as lead name, contact information, company details, lead source, and lead status etc.
Optionally, provide additional information about the lead.
Click 'Save' to add the lead to the system.
Lead Form.
Click on the ‘Lead Form' button to create a custom lead form.
Enable or disable the field status from left hand side to the right hand side to add to the Lead Form
Simultaneously, you have the option to rearrange the form fields according to your preference while moving the field up and down.
Click 'Save' to add the lead form to the system.
Copy & Paste the code anywhere in your site to show the form, additionally you can adjust the width and height px to fit your website.
Also, you can share the link directly to anywhere.
Viewing Leads.
Here, you'll see a list of all existing leads either in Table View or Kanban Board alongside date range filter, keyword search & Filter (advance search filters)
Click on a Client's Name to open a comprehensive module displaying multiple features and functionalities associated with that lead. It has followings sub-sections (tabs):
Profile: Gain access to a detailed overview of lead information within the Profile tab. Review essential details including contact information, and options to edit, delete, or convert the lead to a client. Clicking on "Change to Client" will redirect you to the "Add Client" form, allowing for a seamless transition and saving it as a client.
Deals: Enhance your Deal Management process with the specialized Deals tab within the lead section. Seamlessly handle tasks such as viewing, sharing public links, downloading, sending proposals to lead email addresses, creating invoices, and removing proposals. Keep track of deal statuses and effortlessly make any required updates. Furthermore, utilize the export feature to thoroughly analyze and report proposal data.
Notes: The Notes section provides a versatile platform for managing both public and private notes associated with the lead. Create, edit, view, and delete notes seamlessly, ensuring a centralized repository for crucial information and observations. Private notes allow you to assign access to specific users, enhancing security. Additionally, export notes data in Excel format for comprehensive analysis and reporting, maintaining transparency and efficiency.
Editing Leads.
Select the lead you want to edit from the list.
Click on the 'Edit' button.
Update the necessary fields with the new information.
Click 'Save' to apply the changes to the lead.
Deleting a Lead.
Select the lead you want to delete from the list.
Click on the 'Delete' button.
Confirm the action when prompted.
The lead will be permanently removed from the system.
Importing Leads.
Click on the ‘Import’ button.
Follow the prompts to upload an Excel file containing lead data.
Click ‘Upload and Move to the Next Step’
Map the fields from your file to the corresponding fields in the CRM system.
Click 'Submit' to add the leads to the system.
Export Leads.
Click on the ‘Export’ button
Download the lead data in an Excel file.
